Chef x2

In addition to all his hard work with Pichón, Kenny is now chef at the hip Cafe Zena. Everyday, he invents a unique three-course meal -or comida corrida- that includes a soup, main dish, dessert, and beverage. Pictured above is crispy fried chicken with ancho chile honey butter, mashed potatoes, kale, pickled red cabbage and watermelon rind. It went with corn soup, limeade, and tomato crisp for dessert.
